Signal Box

The mechanical signal box at Ashbury was taken out of use under Swindon MAS Stage 1, 12 November 1966[1].

Ground Frame

The crossovers remained controlled from Ashbury Ground Frame at the time of Swindon MAS Stage 1, released from Uffington SB.

The up siding was controlled from a new ground frame, Ashbury Up Siding Ground Frame, installed at Swindon MAS Stage 1 and released from Uffington SB.
