Back to Control Functions

The signal existed in connection with Thingley Up Sidings Ground Frame.

It is slotted by Thingley Up Sidings Ground Frame, released from Swindon Panel.

Taking out of use

At some point the ground frame and siding connections were taken out of use. Unsure if SN.203 existed before this.

Bringing back into use

The ground frame and siding connections were brought back into use in September 1974, and SN.203 was "provided" (for the first time?).

Renumbering

The signal was renumbered to SN.201 in connection with the remodelling of Thingley Junction in 1975 (but not yet brought into use):
