Articles about Routes controlled should aim to include as much of the following as possible:

- General description of the route as a whole
- Description of the part of the route controlled by Swindon Panel
- Sub heading for each significant location on the route within the Swindon Panel area
- Description of relevance of location
- Link to Wikipedia for stations, etc.
