On 16-17 June 1977 the signal was moved 835 yards further from Swindon in connection with the re-spacing of signals for the introduction of the HST. The signal in rear, [[UM.64]] was recovered altogether, and UM.65 in its new position broke the section between [[SN.89]] and [[UM.63]]. The section between [[SN.89]] and UM.65 was particularly long (3610 yards) in readiness for the insertion of [[SN.93]] between these signals. | |||
