For each record, a short summary of information available for dates relevant to Swindon Panel is provided - this comes from the amendment records, where available. Much of the information here is abbreviated, and amendments that were not obviously linked to the Swindon Panel scheme are not shown, so please see the original documents for the full text. Also, keep in mind that the SRS does add new documents from time to time, so it may be worth checking back.
